About this slipmat
This slipmat is specifically developed for technical DJs who like to push boarders with scratching, beat juggling and turntablism.
So, what's the difference with the all-round slipmats?
Thickness of the slipmat
These are 1.5mm thick, instead of the 2.5mm all-round slipmats.
This helps the needle to lay a little lower & more stable in the groove to avoid a skipping needle during the cueing.
The bottom layer of the slipmat
The bottom has a very slippery layer, compared to the more grippy all-round slipmats. This has a lot of effect on the use & feel of the slipmat; it makes it far more easy to turn it around. One breeze and the slipmat starts spinning. Ideal technical DJs who like to push boarders with scratching, beat juggling and turntablism.
In case you are not into the scratch & turntablism, just pick our all-round slipmat and you are safe (2.5mm).
Our in-house produced all-round felt slipmat is 2.5mm thick, and is perfect for either listeners & most of the DJs.
The slipmat has a slightly hardened bottom layer, and gives some extra grip to the platter. If you are a DJ that focuses on mixing & playing records without too much technical hassle, this is definitely your pick!

We cut, print and package all our slipmats in-house. The felt we use for the slip mats is produced especially for us in the Netherlands.

The top feels soft and is a beautiful material for printing. There is a light coating on the underside.
We have 2 types of slip mats;
- 12"All-round (2.5mm thick)
The top is soft and consists of very small hairs. We have provided the underside with a light coating that makes the slipmat slightly firmer. This coating also ensures that the slipmat has a little more grip on the platter of your turntable.

both DJs and listeners.
- 12" Scratch 1.5mm & 7" slipmat
Both our scratch 12" and our 7" slip mats are made of the same material. The top is just a soft top layer, just like the all-round slipmat, but the bottom is different. This has a smooth coating (glazed). This ensures that the slipmat moves very easily, and makes it ideal for agile DJs.

Scratch DJs, beat jugglers, and any other DJs who do more than simply mix records together.
