BB&S Slipmat orders for UK clients
Since the shipping rates from NL to UK exploded due to Brexit, we've been looking for a decent solution to keep the new shipping rates as low as possible for our UK fellas.
With the shipping structure, explained below, we are able to cut costs with around €10 per UK order.
All UK orders will be shipped in 1 parcel to the UK around May 20th.
Once it arrived in the UK, the slipmats will be dispatched by John of BB&S individually to the given addresses.
With this construction it may take a bit longer than direct shipping from NL, but we are able to cut costs with over 10€ per parcel.
All UK customers who ordered BB&S slipmats will receive an email once the slipmats will be shipped to the UK. From this moment it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks until they arrive @ your home.

Shipping time / Track & trace
The packages are sent by PostNL, including track & trace. You will receive the track & trace code when we put your slip mat(s) into production. We will then ship the slip mats within 3 working days.
Within the Netherlands, packages that are posted before 5 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Different times and delivery times apply for international shipments. For a complete overview of the estimated delivery time per country, visit the Postnl website.
When will my package be sent?
This depends on the order size and whether it concerns printed or blank slipmats. Shipping times apply from the moment we receive payment.
Shipping time custom slipmats
1-100 pieces = shipped within 3 business days. We ship orders of more than 100 pieces within 2 to 5 working days - depending on the crowds.
Shipping time blank slipmats
Blank slipmats are shipped between 1-3 business days. 25 pieces are shipped within 2 days, often the same day. For orders of +200, we often purchase the material at the time the order comes in (excl. white, black and cork - we have these in stock). These are then cut and processed. This may take a number of days.
Shipping time cork slip mats (unprinted)
We ship within 1 to 2 business days. For orders of 25 or more, this is between 1 to 3 working days.
We ship custom cork slip mats within 5 to 7 working days.
Do you also make urgent requests?
Certainly. In 99.9% of cases we ship all orders within 3 working days. If you have an urgent request, please let us know. However, there are costs involved.
Postage costs
In the Netherlands
Custom slipmats: Free from 2 pieces (if otherwise agreed). For a single slipmat you pay €6.95 per order.
Unprinted slip mats: From €6.95 per order, depending on the order size.
Record sleeves: €6.95 per order.
Shipping costs include shipping and packaging costs. The handling and packaging costs are fixed and the transport costs are based on the destination and current PostNL costs.
Belgium
Printed slip mats: Free shipping from 10 pieces! (up to 10 pieces: €8.95)
Unprinted slip mats: €8.95 per order.
International
Will be calculated at checkout.
Why are the shipping costs higher than many other products?
They do not fit through the letterbox, and are therefore offered as a package. The package costs for us are €6.95 per order, we charge part of this to the customer.
How is my package shipped?
To monitor the quality of the slip mats during shipping, orders of 1 or 2 pieces are shipped safely in a seal, and orders of 3 or more are shipped safely in a sturdy box. The packages do not fit through the letterbox, with the exception of orders that only concern 7-inch slip mats.
Problems with shipping / package not arrived?
Unfortunately, sometimes something can happen with the mail. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will look for a suitable solution together.
Returns Policy
Not satisfied with the result? *Then you can return your order for free within 7 days. This way you are assured of a beautiful custom slipmat, and we ensure satisfied customers.
Naturally, this only applies to orders where the error was ours and the result is so different from how you delivered it. We are human too, and humans sometimes make mistakes. That can happen. In any case, we ensure that you are not the victim of this and that you get what you deserve.
Your money will be back in your account within 7 working days, including return costs. Of course you can also choose to have a new slipmat sent to you. We will ensure that you receive it within 3 working days.
